ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS!! Im giving PODS 2 stars only because they did get my household goods to its location. However, weight tickets have been a huge issue for my move. Not only have I been charged for multiple weight tickets but they have yet to produce a single empty weight ticket. The initial was logged as being done over a month ago.. Verified with the driver that it was done but here we are.. Still not able to close out my PCM move. I call customer service DAILY and they all give me the same line.. give it 24-48 h... read more
Easiest way to move. Had 2 moves this year and used Pods for both. Super easy to setup delivery and pick up. Great follow through.
Terrible...A huge pain to deal with. Their customer service is terrible. Change prices on you. Not worth it.
Great experience using POD to move from Florida to Virginia.
