This was a quick easy process. What was to be 1 month turned into 6 months. It was extremely easy to navigate extension and payment processing.
The RVA Pods Team was great! They were very timely with the delivery, pickup, and with helping us open the door of the Pod, since the contents shifted during transit. And nothing was broken! I definitely would love to work with Pods again in the future when I have to move.
Be careful using PODs, it is very convenient, it is reasonable ish priced if you dont have a lot to move, but the customer service is horrendous. They dont communicate very well with arrivals and delivery of goods so make sure you stay on top of them. I was expecting 2 to 3 weeks from CO to VA. Had to find that info on Google. Because of thier lack of communication and thier app/website is garbage, I did not get my stuff for 37 days. the drivers are great but everything else seems outsourced like foreign call centers. I was amazed at the professional expertise of the delivery and removal drivers!!! They were careful to assess the best way to deliver and remove the pod without damage to my yard!
