Terrible company. Hidden fees. Was told a price for 2 month but then they changed it to monthly fee. Got the container moved was told there wasn't a charge but then got charged for it. Asked for it to be picked up never showed up on the pick up date. Had to call several times for them to reschedule pick up. Finally got picked up 2 weeks after the initial call. Was then charged another month. Would not recommend.
From start to finish, the pods delivery, pick up, storage, re-delivery and re-pick up were fabulous!
So glad I went with PODS for our cross country move! It was so much easier than renting a truck and driving that across country. I just wish they had barn doors not the roll up doors. Small gripe, though. Thanks, PODS!
I would leave no stars if I could. I NEVER write reviews let alone negative ones but I absolutely am today. When I called a month prior to schedule my pod to be delivered with all of my things to my new address it went smoothly. Or seemed to. He told me I was good to go and that I could reach out a few days or day before to confirm the time frame of delivery. When I called there was no record. Even with an expedited high priority ticket to make sure my pod came on the date, I have been told it apparently isn’t approved even ... read more
