I was told it would be free to move it from one place to the new house and it was over 200 bucks.. When they came to remove it they did some damage to my driveway and the road connected. Though it is convenient to be able to move stuff to the container at my own pace I don't feel that it was worth the driveway

Leg 3 of my POD”s experience. Richard who is a driver for POD’s in Fort Wayne, IN did an excellent job. My drop off time was between 7-10am. He called and said he was on his way and that it would take about 20 minutes for him to arrive. I left the hotel I was staying in and when I got to the apartment which was less than 20 minutes away he was already there guiding the POD into the driveway. Thank you so much Richard! T. Young

Extremely disappointed in the service I received from PODS. 3 PODS were suppose to be delivered on Friday so we could move into our new house with a pick up of the empty PODs on Monday. After several hours of the first two being delivered it was apparent that the 3rd 16ft POD was not coming. With no warning or call that an issue had come up, I had to call and figure out what was going on. I was then told the 3rd POD would not be delivered until Monday. PODS experience moving from Florida was easy, partnered with a great car transport and worked on my timeline. Needed a second smaller PODS during the move and was so easy to expand my order and work with the PODS agents.
