The best Customer SVC reps and drivers
I am a missionary coming home from Mexico with my wife and kids. I bought a home and am closing before Christmas to give them a nice holiday. Logistics moving abroad are insane and I have everything figured out to make it happen except - our PODS will not be delivered to our home because apparently the home we bought is 7 miles outside of their 50 mile radius. I submitted my request for same exception, offered to pay overage begged a pleaded. This facility rejected my request multiple times. This has created a major hardship... read more
Efficient
PODS is a great alternative to using uhaul. No steep narrow walkway to haul heavy items up and down, PODS is leveled to the ground making it easy. No need to rush either, we have 30 days to get it all done. Highly recommend.
Great overall experience, easy to schedule, and would definitely use again!
