Staff was accommodating and made our self delivery easy.
I was informed of the delivery time as promised. The next day I was advised 3 hours ahead the window was moved up 90 minutes. Communication WOW, Thx ! Then Oscar the driver left a voicemail AND a text. So Polite ! Asked me EXACTLY where I wanted it placed. PODS IS GREAT, EXCEPT FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE expecting a 40 MINUTE WAIT to be acceptable. Don’t blow a super duper service by being short staffed when YOU KNOW ITS THE BUSY SEASON. Also, the accents ….. sorry, you need clear speakers on the phone. Thanx
Hai Do delivered our 3rd Pod. He was prompt, efficient, and placed the already delivered Pods where they should have been originally. Excellent attitude and a willingness to please.
