Highly satisfied with the service I received, great job PODs!
Your company's customer service and communication are absolutely appalling. I scheduled weeks in advance with you, and then you didn't show up and didn't even bother to communicate with me. I was left waiting with movers I'd hired out of pocket for hours past the time slot you'd communicated to me. I had to call you myself to find out that you needed to reschedule for Monday, again, hours after I was supposed to have received my unit. So convenient and genuine, hard working people happy to do their job. I would recommend having your pod delivered and placed on your street as the machine used to move it is 1700 lbs so if your driveway isn’t reinforced with rebar it could potentially crack the driveway. Ours was in our driveway and we had no such experience, our driver david d even placed mats to protect our grass. Such an easy process 10/10 recommend
Jimmy Satterwhite came to pick up our POD and was absolutely wonderful, courteous, professional, and incredibly kind. We were really happy with both the driver and the overall service. Would definitely recommend them!
