I scheduled my delivery date 2 weeks in advance for Monday, July 6, 2026 and scheduled the moving company to unpack on Tuesday morning, which would allow the POD to be picked up on Wednesday. I received an email message on Sunday indicating that the POD would be delivered on 7/6 between 10a and 1:30p as scheduled. On Monday, I recived 2 emails. Albert did a great job of delivering our 16’ POD. He got it close to an 8’ that had been delivered earlier and still left room for our vehicles in the driveway. He also took care to minimize impact to the lawn. The driver for the 8’ POD did not have a lock for it. Albert had a second lock in addition to the one he brought for the POD he delivered.

The good: Conveinient The bad: Pricing: I was overcharged due to their error. I paid extra for same day drop off and pick up.. The driver failed to call the contact listed on my profile, gave me five minutes to respond and left. I was told initially I would be refunded but they later claimed I did not respond in time. I will be filing a small claims charge. I have the time the message was sent, I responded within the time frame. They never called the contact listed on my agreement. There were two numbers. The delivery times kept changing on the date and was pretty late in the evening. The pick-up was excellent. Both drivers were kind and very professional. I believe this is the best service for what I needed. The storage was easy but recommend making sure the POD is where it is supposed to be stored.
