The PODS drivers were professional and went out of their way to make the move.
The Pod was set up where it would not be safe in the rains; I requested it be returned for that reason. It was here 14 days. I paid for all the set up fees and delivery fee and the fee to have it returned. Then I was charged another fee for not keeping the agreement. This experience totaled $747.78 very expensive and the POD is back to be used again by the next person. No one was willing to credit the contract fee and I am a senior. A very expensive lesson. Next time I'm told to order a POD I will not!
Was such a pleasant and smooth process!!! This company has it down to a science, and the driver Rick was amazing, The containers have anchor points every 2ft so as I load I can secure it which I found very helpful!! And the communication was key!!! Thanks
Amazing Experience with PODS and Driver Junior! Junior was absolutely amazing! He made what could’ve been a stressful move so much smoother. He skillfully fit the POD into my townhouse parking spot (which I didn’t even think was possible!) and did it so quickly. Even when my neighbors had parked in my assigned space, he stayed calm, patient, and understanding while I scrambled to figure it out—meanwhile, I was a total stress case!
