In the process of using this company, family members gave amazing reviews. They have used this company multiple times for many long distance trips All over America. I was disappointed to know it's not possible to connect my telephone to the local office with whom I will be working. It would be nice to have a sign or two to direct you to the office. PODS has been great to work with. I requested a delivery for the upcoming weekend. They called me the next day to let me know that they only service our area twice per week and that they actually had a POD available that same day to drop off. We were so thankful that we didn’t need to wait until the following week! Mike was our driver dropping off and then picking up a week later. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
