Brooke, the driver who dropped off our pod was very kind and professional! I also appreciated the tips we got for both when the pod gets picked up and also dropped off again.

I decided to go with PODS for my move to Colorado from NH. So far it’s been a good experience. I think there is a little disconnect on their app between the times given for delivery and what’s actually happening on the ground. That being said, on the day of delivery (during the initially given to me window of 1000-1pm) driver Brooke called me and said she’d be there around 1pm. And she was. Brooke was very nice and cordial to speak with both on the phone and in person. She arrived in a very timely manner and had the pod down quickly. She was also able to help me get the door unstuck with a few well placed nudges. Thank you Brooke for taking good care of our stuff and personally saying "welcome home". It made us feel very happy.
