Wallace was the driver and he did a great job. Very friendly, very careful in what he was doing.
Rick was very considerate in every aspect! Our move had a company rescheduling and along with other delays, our moving plans became extra stressful. Rick was very thoughtful as he informed us how the wheels would impact the lawn and even moved the pod a few feet to allow space near the basement bulkhead doors to open wider ! He took the time, was patient with our questions, and made relative suggestions. We were very appreciative of his customer focused approach. A refreshing encounter during a tiring event. Thank you Rick!
Rick was awesome. We had a difficult place that I was hoping to put the POD, down a driveway, 90 degree turn onto the lawn. I didn't think it could happen. Phil took some time, and figured it out. He had to turn the POD totally around and down a slope and under wires and between trees. All with a great attitude. I would use you again just because of him! Awesome job! Thanks, Bob
