All 4 PODS drivers who delivered and picked up my container were very friendly, professional, efficient and on time. Nice experiences with each of them.
I got a quote online, then I reached out on the phone to a sales representative. It was clear and transparent with the information received and the pricing. The entire process was smooth from A to Z. I recommend.
Ordering a PODS container is easy. They make it that way intentionally. They will deliver it whenever you want. After you order it and its on its way, they start making a profit you your customer service goes out the window. Upon delivery, I asked him to put it in a location about 36" from my carport so the entrance faced the carport. Of course I had to sign a waiver that basically gives PODS permission to destroy your property without retribution... and that's what they did. Left a big dent in my barndo carport.
