Please if you can find another storage find it cuse on my case was the worst thing I do, I loose alot of money ,very poor customer service never help me ,they deliver my container on the side walk i request by the city to move it cuse they delivery blocking the side walk i call them and they tell me I have to pay 117 just to move it and they supposed to refund the money they never did i request to be picked up 4 days after my cycle they charge me the month just for 4 days and plus 85 to pick it up
All my stuff got delivered safely and timely I would recommend pods to anyone moving and don’t have a truck they bring everything to you
Working with PODS was so easy and very reasonable cost wise! They arrived right on time as scheduled and then when we needed an earlier pickup date it was no problem for them!
Very good customer service at all times. Prices are exactly what's in writing. On time for every destination.
