This place is the worse, the receptionists are not welcoming to the elderly at all. They do not assist their elderly patients in any way, they are on their own. No heat in the waiting area, while they sit in the heat in the back and closed reception area. Barely speak to you and makes you wonder if you’re understood or being ignored. Long wait time to see the doctor even for just a biopsy report. Appointment was at 11:30am and it's 12:44pm and still have not seen yet by the doctor. So why have a set appointment. Very disappointed
Avoid This Place! Poor Experience and Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience with Newark Podiatry. I made an appointment on 02/07 for custom insoles, which typically take two weeks to arrive. Due to personal reasons, I had to reschedule, and when I called, I was routed to a call center.
