The chair we purchased was expensive and within the first year it broke. We took it in and we waited months to get it back. Every time I called, they had excuses. Finally after we demanded that they fix and return the chair, they did. Almost a year later. It's been 4 years and we are needing to replace it. Not by Podanys. We will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
