Best place to buy a Ebike.... bought a Segway Xyber...100% satisfaction...sign a few papers and boom your set...the staff here was the best...will buy from again.
Edit: upon further inspection they ripped my motor cable out of the motor by installing it in between the swing arm and rotor. I will be seeking compensation for the price of the motor they broke. Your bike will return in worse condition than you left it. Even though I brought in a kinda off-brand, but still well known ebike (EKX X21) I recommend you do not purchase a bike from them if you expect good work to be done on your bike when you need it. Good guys, quality service, knowledgeable staff.
I have been waiting 3 months for a reply about a throttle replacement that was processed under warranty. Now dealer wont respond to my calls or texts. I spent $4200 for the bike I purchased from him.
I never went here just doing this because I want one but to broke lol
