Friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection for the size and a wealth of knowledge.
Overcharged for labor and missing parts. Owner showed no interest in keeping a local customer. Shameful dude in my opinion
I’ve been to the pocono Bike Company and met his dogs , they’re very friendly
Beware of the vicious dogs, literally took one step into the door to go and buy a new helmet and had my dog on a leash to have 2 dogs attack my dog while still in the doorway. The presumed owner didn’t even say sorry for having their dogs bite my dog. Had to quickly pick up my 30lbs dog to avoid further injury.
