Was in there a few weeks ago and staff is incredibly friendly ! We came in with our toddler and she loved it in there too, made a new friend with one of your staff members who even gave her chalk to doodle with. Super sweet ! Great atmosphere and vibe in that store. Will be back real soon ! Actually, coming by today
Awesome locally owned shop! Mark and staff are super nice, friendly and understanding of your needs. I get all my snowboarding gear for my son and I here. Very knowledgeable people with a good selection of products to choose from.
Went in because my boyfriend needed a new set of bindings. The employee(don't know his name, had his arm in a sling lol) was incredibly nice and gave honest recommendations on products & we ended up purchasing a set. I even had some issues with a used pair of boots I had and he offered some help with them if I brought them in etc. Sometimes small businesses get overlooked just due to convenience, price, etc. But amazing customer service goes along way and we will definitely be making future purchases from Pocket on that alon... read more
I absolutely love this store, customer service is above and beyond, friendly and they even carry vintage pieces. This is a must see place in downtown Orillia.
