I've had very mixed experiences with this shop. The range of products is impressive, and the quality of most items seems quite good. However, when the shop is busy, the service tends to drop in quality, at least in my experience. For example, staff pushed me to buy items that didn’t really suit my needs, likely because they hadn’t properly listened to what I was looking for. Another issue I’ve had relates to the warranty.
