The water dept has been to my house twice. Both times within 10 to 15 minutes and both times went above and beyond what their duties were. Most recent was a young man named Matt and he was very helpful. Thank you so much!!!
Had a main water pipe wear out and a major leak. Called to get the water turned off and the tech was at my house in around 15 minutes. Turned off the water made the repair and called to get the water turned back on. Again tech was there in a few minutes. Called at 8 AM and water was back on by noon. Thanks all.
I just want to say thank you to the gentlemen that answered the phone this morning. By giving me advise to check on a company that sent me a form to join the Water Protection Program he saved me from being scamed. Thank Cathy Rowley
Wouldn’t recommend working here. Management is horrible. HR is extremely disrespectful.
Water company needs more experience for people working the front desk. I called the water company over air in the line due to water line down the street that was being worked on. This caused air hammer which caused leaks in the system and black stuff coming out of the faucet because of the pipe shaking. They sent somebody out to check the water pressure all they did was turn off the water line because the tenant said there was a leak.
