People and service great, horribly stupid times. I can’t ride because I work 8-5. Can’t we have the routes go 7-6pm for those of us who work??
Scheduled route ‘C’ gets me from northern most bus stop on Siphon Road & Highway 91 in Fort Hall/ Chubbuck to downtown Bannock County in less than an hour
The bathrooms are always clean.
The buses themselves are great. Friendly drivers, clean buses, and usually on time.Only compliant, I called on a Friday to see if the office was open on Saturday and explained I needed to buy a book of bus coupons. Was told yes they're open. I found a ride out there, and the office said closed. Office hours, 9am -5pm Saturdays. I was there at 10:30am. Not very happy.
