The buses themselves are great. Friendly drivers, clean buses, and usually on time.Only compliant, I called on a Friday to see if the office was open on Saturday and explained I needed to buy a book of bus coupons. Was told yes they're open. I found a ride out there, and the office said closed. Office hours, 9am -5pm Saturdays. I was there at 10:30am. Not very happy. This is twice this has happened.If you're not going to be open Saturdays, you need to change that info on your online pages, on the pamphlets in the buses, and ... read more
