We have been banking with PVB for nearly 30 years. The staff has always been very friendly. Always helpful. The Clendenin Branch is my favorite relating to staff and convenience.
Pretty much a useless location. Hardly ever open. Hours are short. And can't even get change there if you don't have an account. I can understand not cashing a check, but they won't even give you change. Poca valley in Elkview will with no hesitation Tellers are rude and condensending. Thank God I don't have to deal with them every week.
Came in with someone to ask some simple questions, the banker we sat down with was very unhelpful and essentially wouldn't answer basic questions about our account. Went to the Elkview location and was immediately greeted and taken care of quickly. I recommend that location over this one any day.
Me and my mom both stood in line for 20 mins, the workers stared at us while we stood there and no one helped us while they went to the back
