Caved in at the end of negotiations, appeared to be negotiating with opposing counsel without my knowledge, changed plan 180 degrees at 11th hour, had personal problems consuming her time and temperament. Did not seem to be fighting for my case but to get it over quickest and easiest. We left $500,000 on the table.
