Don't bother with this place if you have medicare RUDE
The staff at the Covington facility are FANTASTIC. Kept things interesting by changing up my exercises as needed to keep me moving forward in my recovery and to keep me from getting bored with the exercises. They are very knowledgeable and FUN! The energy of the entire team is amazing - playful, encouraging and efficient. Great communication and results. Justin, Danni and Andy were a great care team for my knee recovery. Thank you all!
Larnie and Andy were very knowledgeable and encouraging and I made great progress under their care. Great office culture.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to treat a torn shoulder and the treatment I received helped me avoid getting surgery. My shoulder is feeling strong now and I am back to playing golf and lifting weights.
I experienced the best care over the past 15 months at PNW Sports Institute in Covington from Adam, and support from Dani and Marc. They were extremely thorough, kind, and patient with all my questions and two set backs. Adam was in great communication with my surgeon and advocated on my behalf to get a faster surgery date scheduled.
