Larnie and Andy were very knowledgeable and encouraging and I made great progress under their care. Great office culture.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to treat a torn shoulder and the treatment I received helped me avoid getting surgery. My shoulder is feeling strong now and I am back to playing golf and lifting weights.
I experienced the best care over the past 15 months at PNW Sports Institute in Covington from Adam, and support from Dani and Marc. They were extremely thorough, kind, and patient with all my questions and two set backs. Adam was in great communication with my surgeon and advocated on my behalf to get a faster surgery date scheduled. I have been in PT many times in my life, and I have to say that my best experiences have been at PNW. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. Adam runs a tight shop- the gym is spotless, and the machines are all well maintained and work as they should. I have mostly worked with Tyler and Jon, and Brooke and Hailey have filled in when things get busy. I have always had good conversations with these people, which makes the time pass a little faster.
