Ketki helped draft a will for an individual with mild cognitive impairment. Once she learned of the person's situation, Ketki was on alert and kept her client's best interests at the forefront of all discussions. I have no doubt she would do that for all her clients, but I found it reassuring that Ketki paid very close attention to the dynamic she saw playing out before her. She was looking for signs of coercion, and gave the client all the time they required to answer her questions, demonstrating patience and understanding.
