Pathetic in the emergency disconnect. 5hour wait for an emergency PNM disconnect related to sparks in the panel box.
Pnm can't keep the power on for shit. Frequent outages with sometimes double digit wait times. In 80 degree weather with no ac because they can't or are too cheap to figure their shit out.
PNM Resources Inc. has demonstrated an absolutely unacceptable level of customer service that borders on harassment. One afternoon, I experienced a terrifyingly aggressive encounter with a representative who approached my home with an intimidating and militant demeanor. It's weird a pnm supervisor told me that the website is updated every 10 minutes... yet there's been no up with the restoration of power... this monopoly needs to be gutted
Terrible response time. They prioritize wealthy areas first and leave lower class areas to fend for themselves.
