Good luck if you live in a poorer neighborhood and your power goes out. I've been without power overnight in the summer for 14+ hours, the worst has been 22 hours. And then when given a reimbursement form for our spoiled food, they never responded or helped us after we turned it in. A bad company that you have to use. And you call to say hey I can't live without power and they spit in your face.
Pathetic in the emergency disconnect. 5hour wait for an emergency PNM disconnect related to sparks in the panel box.
Pnm can't keep the power on for shit. Frequent outages with sometimes double digit wait times. In 80 degree weather with no ac because they can't or are too cheap to figure their shit out.
PNM Resources Inc. has demonstrated an absolutely unacceptable level of customer service that borders on harassment. One afternoon, I experienced a terrifyingly aggressive encounter with a representative who approached my home with an intimidating and militant demeanor. Rather than professionally handling a billing matter, the employee essentially threatened to disconnect my power, banging on my door with an approach reminiscent of law enforcement.
