This is a great place! You need to try yoga and get a massage. Schedule some time for yourself.

Had a wonderful deep tissue massage by Terri! She was very professional and listened to my individual health needs. I am a runner and workout often and my muscles were always sore. I feel better than I have in a long time after just one massage, and will definitely be going back ! :)

This place is wonderful. Very friendly people. Yoga has been a great experience for me. The classes are great and very relaxed. The messages are equally wonderful! I'm very sensitive to pressure and my needs were met with ease. Very relaxing and beyond beneficial for back pain. Love Pneuma!

Pneuma is the place to go if you are looking for a holistic approach to health for your family. The staff are very knowledgeable about the work they do and I cannot say enough about Terri's massages! I always leave feeling relaxed and centered. I continue to go to Pneuma, after moving an hour away, for all of these reasons.
