Called the Rockford, MI branch and talked to Chad the branch manager. I asked him if they had any specials they were running, like 1% interest for 90 days for new accounts. He said all they had was a money market savings account that paid .085%. After talking to him more about it, I told him I would be in within a few hours to open an account. Whenever we have a problem that concerns anything financial their professionalism surpasses all other banks I've dealt with.
I've been with PNC since it took over National City. When I would go in to this location. I was welcomed with smiles and asked if they could help me. Now, since all the previous staff left and new ones are in there. No one smiles and welcomes me. There's a guy at a "reception" desk asking if you are going to cash a check then suggests using the ATM. I feel like the whole staff doesn't even feel like they want to be there. I reopened my account on December 1, 2016. A PNC representative told me that I would receive my bank card in the mail within 2 weeks. I really needed it ASAP, but I was going to receive it before Christmas so that was fine with me. Boy was she wrong! I visited the branch where I reopened my account to withdraw some money and to get some sort of help or answers to why I haven't received my card yet on January 12, 2017. All I got was a 1-800 number and a quick check to make sure my home address was correct. So when I got home,... read more

Dr. Patty is such an awesome vet! She takes her time to calm our dogs before she does an exam. She explains everything she's doing and does a very thorough exam even if you have the last appt. She correctly diagnosed my dog after 2 other vets couldn't. She's been our vet for 5 years since we had an emergency situation and she was open in Saturday mornings.
