Whenever the system updates you lose your Biometrics so you have to reset your password only when you put it in they say it doesn't match even though it does then you have to spend 20 minutes trying to speak to somebody on the phone that doesn't speak correct English so it's hard to understand and it's just very frustrating their customer service part of this reset for passwords stinks
