I have a checking account with PNC and I went into the Mount Washington, KY location this morning to cash 2 checks that (when totaled) equal a little over $500. I did not want the money deposited and I wanted cash. Keep in mind that I have a bank account with them and every other bank I have used always cashed my checks with no problem. Not only was the "bank drone" rude to me, but she proceeded to talk to me in a way that was judging and nothing professional.
