Made multiple attempts to open a trust account and was not able to -- visited five times and provided required documentation but they didn't have time to help me and had system problems when I scheduled an appointment. Employee who insisted I schedule appointment was not at branch for the appointment he scheduled me (he just left for some reason). Overall I wasn't taken seriously, had to call and prod for answers, and no one made a real effort to help me. Will not visit this bank again.
