I had a very disappointing experience at this PNC branch. I arrived before another customer and was clearly waiting my turn. Despite this, the branch manager ignored the order of arrival and took the other customer who came AFTER me. When I questioned this unfair treatment, the manager became dismissive instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake.
