Since the last review about this business, they have had a complete overhaul of staff. They have also become a PNC branch, rather than national city. This seems to have sped up their process as well. The branch manager is extremely helpful and seems to surround himself with workers that are energetic and competent.
I called the bank and was unable to get through to a person to dicuss my account. I found this very disruptive to my needs.
