Very poor customer service. They love to come up with new ways to steal your money . We got a lawyer and are taking PNC to court. Our lawyer says we will be settling out of court and coming away with all our money they have taken from us for the past eight years. So that tells us we were right and they were wrong for the way they handle their busness. We are so happy to be away from PNC
