Very well located. Great personalities and friendly. Not as familiar withBanking requirements within the PNC system. Perhaps it is the leadership within PNC as a whole? But the process of paying off and closing out a home equity line or home installment (not sure which it actually was since it was referred to both ways) was complicated by lack of communication and/ or knowledge. Just glad to now be done with that contractual responsibility!!
