Horrible customer service. They won't even honor checks written off their own bank. My driver's license wasn't good enough ID to cash my State check. I am disabled and need my medication. Thank goodness my own credit union doesn't hold these checks and was able to get my medication. Pretty sad when another bank will honor their checks before they will. I will never deal with this bank again.
