Branch manager undermines his employees and takes the customer away from them. I was being helped by a young woman who I’ve been helped by before and who is very smart and capable of her role. Only for him to be totally incompetent and unable to help me and then offer to do what she was already in the middle of. Therefore taking longer and wasting my time. Managers need to learn to trust their employees and not be overbearing.
