It's very disappointing to bank with a company that has so little concern for customers. The unprofessional response about a 4:00 appointment that was made but not kept by PNC is not how customers should be treated. At a minimum, we should have been notified that the appointment was canceled. Instead we got a harsh comment and told we can go elsewhere for the Notary Public service we had scheduled.
