Terrible experience here!! I've been banking with them for at least 8 years and was treated horrible by the staff!
The employee acted ugly and disrespectful.
Really friendly in person
They really need to improve their service hours. Either have at least one day during the week when they open earlier or one evening where they stay open past their normal hours. I run my own business and I have to either open my business late or close up early to do banking here. My only other option is to drive all the way to West Carrollton where their drive through opens at 8:30AM then I have to speed through town to make it to open my shop on time.
