The worst bank I have seen ever. They don’t know what they’re doing. New untrained employees Everytime you go to this place. They have to make phone calls even just to open regular checking account. Go to other bank if you value your time. COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME.
Went in to withdrawal money, didn't have my account number but provided two forms of ID and verified my SSN. The woman then says I'm missing a "signature card", doesn't give me said card, then tries to confirm who I am by asking me about deposits on the account--after I literally just verified my identity. Meanwhile, she's probably staring at my DOB and Home Address--Why isn't she verifying my identity with those? Then she has the guts to sit there and tell me "she doesn't know who I am"... You are a NATIONAL bank, of course... read more
