I've had nothing but good experiences here and I've been using this branch for quite a while.
Absolute clowns. Called PNC call center about opening 2 specific accounts, they said call the branch. I called the branch, talked to the manager, he had no idea about the accounts and said he'd have to talk to someone and call me back. He called me back and said he hadn't heard anything yet and he'd get back to me the next day. Still haven't heard anything and it's been 5 days. The account in question? A basic checking account and 529 plan. (I opened accounts with Fidelity instead)
Just awful. They have the absolute worst workers there. They have very disrespectful employees. I waited at the bank for an hour and they tell me to come back tommorow. They kept me waiting there for an hour just to tell me to come back tommorow. The workers were laughing when I was getting very upset with them. One of the coworkers was just laughing in my face and the manager didn’t say anything. Don’t waste your time on this awful, low, poor bank.
