This branch refuses to book an appointment when you call to close a loan or when the main pnc loan officers call on your behalf. It’s all I’m too busy I can’t schedule I’ll call you back. How hard is it to get a place to take your money? Loan officer employees on location should be replaced
I made a deposit and was greeted right when I walked in the door. I had some questions about potentially opening a business account with PNC Bank. I met with Greg and Brad. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the business process.you can tell they want to really understand and help you. Friendly and enthusiastic. I will be using this branch moving forward. Awesome experience
