Don't expect to get cash here even though you have an account, there's people inside etc. It's very confusing and pretty irritating.
PNC literally closed my account for no reason with $388,000 in it since November 16th 2023 and no one in the bank can tell me where my money is. Someone in their bank embezzled my funds.
the downtown branch locked access to the atm since at least august. there is a sign on the door saying you can use your atm card to get into the door to get access to the atm, but the sign is inaccurate, as no cards work in the door. downtown customers of PNC have no way to access the atm besides during bank hours. they have no plans to address this issue and the currently have a sign up on the door with false info (that your card works to access the door). After having a business account for 4 years, with a substantial amount, I was not only charged $15 per cashier's check, but it also took 25 minutes. Insane!!! That's why they say leave the banks.
