It’s not a smart bank.
No tellers working and no virtual tellers. Can’t do anything here. Will be closing my PNC account ASAP
Just moved to the area and wanted to keep my pnc account though there are not many branches around—I’ve been with pnc for 14 years. When I got to the Dedham branch I waited for 45 minutes before deciding to leave and close my account. Employees, though friendly, a) were making small talk with their customers prolonging my wait time; b) walked past me repeatedly saying “we’ll be with you momentarily”; and c) one employee told me she was going on lunch so she couldn’t help me but someone else would (and of course, no one did).... read more
