Easily the worst banking experience of my lifetime. The bank accepted my paperwork (POA) for deposit of a large some of money and refused to allow me to use the same to make a small withdrawal for my ill Mom. I had been making deposits for a few years because I was utilizing pnc as a savings bank and they are not really in the city. Each and every time I had Mom with me who suffers from Alzheimer's.
