Came in for some assistance close to closing. I was helped by Laura Adela, Kayla who were all wonderful! The staff here were able to answer all of my questions and even stayed a little late to finish helping me. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visit.
I have been a customer of this Plains PNC branch since I got my first job at 17 as a cashier. I am now 24 and self employed- boy, this branch goes above and beyond the entire staff is beyond lovely, personable, and kind.. Kayla- the branch manager- was so helpful helping me transfer money back into my account even when it wasn’t PNCs fault but another bank’s fault. She went above and beyond! Holly helped me apply for the cash back credit card through PNC. This is my second official credit card and I was approved on the spot!... read more
