I’ve loved banking at PNC for over a decade, but this branch is terrible! The after-hours debit card access is broken… they can’t print cards…they don’t even carry cash…
What a delightful place to bank! The branch manager, Kenneth, is just what one wants in a banker—highly professional yet with genuine warmth and friendliness, which is rare in Chicago. Carter is great, too. I’ll be recommending to friends.
Karolina and Carter were so helpful and kind, they went above and beyond in helping me solve my problem quickly and effectively. And right before closing, too. So appreciated!
Arrived at this branch location at 9:30am. 30 minutes after they should be open. Doors locked and lights off. Waited a few minutes and saw two employees mosey over from the parking lot. Brief apologies then they tell me I can't get quarters here. This bank is so old fashioned requiring in person visits for any small interaction. Now their locations are unreliable? I'm switching banks finally.
