This is the only PNC branch in the entire city of chicago that has bank tellers. On top of this questionable policy decision, this location is perpetually understaffed. I legit hate PNC everytime i walk past the PNC location in my work building (which has some staff but can never help me) to go wait in a line at this one.

As I was walking in there was one person walking in ahead of me and he was helped immediately (of course he was white); I was asked to wait for someone to be available and was told it would only be a few minutes. After waiting for an hour, I was approached and told that there would still be a wait, although while i was waiting another customer (white male) came in and was helped with no wait time. I love his branch office , Whenever there is a problem/ issue . They are always so helpful changing to this bank was the best choice .
