Odd how there are 4 people there but only one person actually working. Sat for 25 minutes to get a Cashiers check to find out the guy that has been just standing there the whole time could have handled it. Reagan assured me that the lobby experience is going to change, we will see if that changes. Seems like the average lobby wait is 40-60 minutes for anything. I hope it changes as like she said. How is a possible you have even 3 stars?? Customer service and wait time is horrible. Never again.
Why does it take 20 minutes to deposit a check at this location? This branch may as well not even exist. The only reason I had to go in person was the check was more than I could deposit in the mobile app. There are no on-site tellers and the people there, while friendly, can't do anything to help.
