I will not be returning to this location. Black lady that answers the phone got smart with me and just sounded dumb. I called on a Saturday to confirm they where open till 1 pm because I’m driving from a far. Some locations in nj and ny do not have cash withdrawals, that’s a FACT. Second question I asked her is do they have cash there for withdrawals. She then got smart with me and said we all have cash it’s a bank. Even though I'm a long time customer there, manager refused to notarize a document for me ... Said they "don't notarize real estate documents"... What?
