Came to this location to withdraw 5k to buy my family an suv today. Due to the transaction pending they assumed I was going to charge back the transaction. I felt profiled honestly they gossiped about the situation while I’m waiting and just stared me down. went to another location and didn’t give me no issues whatsoever.
Lazy and arrogant employee, I deposited tens of thousands of dollars in the account but he acted like I owed him money. My card expired, and I waited for more than a month but didn't receive a new card. When I arrived this branch, they said they could order a new one for me. I said I wanted to change the address, but they said they were not responsible for that area and would not order&mail it.
This location is a joke. Mobile bank closed, one teller in the front, one banker slouched at his desk greeting customers but not helping the rush of people waiting in line.
