The man didn’t explain anything at all about how to set up my account and I had to go to a second branch so they can explain things better and set up my new account
This branch has the worst ATMS and also doesn’t have any “tellers” so can’t help with simple banking. I wish PNC would do something to fix the constant irritation of living close to this branch
I was greeted by a lady who told me I was not able to make a business deposit and told to go to another branch. What is the point of having a brick and mortar store? She was also very rude.
Horrible branch experience. I've been banking with PNC for over a decade and the quality has gone significantly downhill. I went in to this location today to get quarter for laundry. I was greeted by an unhelpful woman at the door and informed that the bank NO LONGER HAD TELLERS and therefore I wouldn't be able to get quarters. If I wanted to use an ATM I would've run to the corner store. She told me to go to another location, but honestly, at this point I'm considering fully taking my business to another bank.
