One of the main reasons I chose to bank with PNC was its proximity to both my job and home. Unfortunately, this specific East Broad Street location has a major inconvenience: you cannot access their ATMs 24/7 because the door’s (un)locking mechanism is broken — and all of their ATMs are located inside the branch. Honestly the male manager and the two ladies who worked friday evening 1/17/25 could’ve helped way more but didn’t want to stay after 5. They weren’t disrespectful but they just were so quick to give alternative options when i know there’s a phone number to call, but if im going up there it’s to get physical help . I don’t think none of them know what they are doing including the so called manager . Very sad I had close three of my Business accounts now with a different Bank .
