We opened our business bank account at this branch about a year and a half ago. Initially we worked with Tyler and he was great. Unfortunately, there appears to be a lot of turnover which results in a lot of disorganization. Almost any transaction they have to call corporate to approve. Even to get a certified check it takes 20+ minutes. It can take take less time if there is a manager at the branch but many times there isn’t one. I had a difficult experience completing a wire transfer at PNC. There were approximately six errors during the process from the 1st PNC representative, including two that could have led to major issues had they not been corrected before submission. This representative claimed she had done 'countless' transfers but I am led to believe I am maybe her first based on her questions and lack of knowledge on the process.
