I had a difficult experience completing a wire transfer at PNC. There were approximately six errors during the process from the 1st PNC representative, including two that could have led to major issues had they not been corrected before submission. This representative claimed she had done 'countless' transfers but I am led to believe I am maybe her first based on her questions and lack of knowledge on the process.
